Ian Russ manages investment activities across Cor3's funds and direct investments. Prior to Cor3 Capital, Ian was the Chief Investment Officer of Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation where he was responsible for the firm’s real estate and venture strategies. Earlier, as a Director and Asset Manager at one of Dubai’s sovereign wealth entities, he oversaw a global multi-billion-dollar investment portfolio.
Yousof Allam oversees investor relations and operations for Cor3 Capital. Yousof has over eight years of financial and investment experience in residential real estate. Prior to shifting full time into real estate, Yousof gained experience in oil and gas with Weatherford international and British Petroleum (“BP”) where he specialized in Process Technology and Engineering.
Ali Hasan manages the acquisition and development pipeline for Cor3 Capital. Ali has more than 10 years of experience in residential real estate, growing from buying and selling one single-family residence to co-founding and running Brilliant Equity, a private equity fund that buys and sells 300+ single-family homes each year.
Ali Lakhany is the Chief Executive Officer for Continental Superior Management Group, a family of companies. With over 15 years of experience in this role, Ali is responsible for over 60 individual restaurants and over 850 employees. In addition, he sits on the boards of several companies while having also developed multiple hotels, restaurants, and retail T-Mobile stores.
Emad Lakhany has been working with Continental Superior Management in the Popeyes Restaurant brand since 2008, to date they own more than 50 locations. From 2014 to 2016 he served as a member of the Popeyes Technology Committee and has now shifted his focus exclusively to growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions on behalf of Continental Superior Management.
